National Summary Report
*MAIN TRAFFIC*
*LONGFORD* The N63 Longford/Roscommon Rd is closed at the jct of the Stonepark/ Ballymacormick Rd (R397) and at the Ballymahon Rd (R392) jct in Lanesborough. Works will operate there 24/7 until Fri 30th March.
* Works are in place on the N4 Sligo/Dublin Rd between Longford and Newtownforbes until Wed 29th Feb. Single lane traffic is in place.
*MEATH* There may be some disruption to traffic going through Dunshaughlin Village (R147/old N3) as result of repair works on a burst watermain.
*CITY TRAFFIC*
*GALWAY* No major delays or incidents to report in Galway City.
* Major works continue on Seamus Quirke Rd and Bishop O'Donnell Rd (R338) until the end of March.
* The Annual Solemn Novena takes place at Galway Cathedral until Tues 14th Feb. The Galway Cathedral is located just off University Rd and delays are likely on the Newcastle Rd and St. Vincent’s Ave as a result.
*LIMERICK* There are no major delays or incidents to report in Limerick City.
*CORK* No delays or incidents to report in Cork City Centre.
* The traffic lights at Christy Ring Bridge are switched off to facilitate works until 6am Wed 8th Feb. They will also be switched off on Wed 8th Feb from 8pm to 6am. Traffic management will be in place.
* Restrictions operate on Lower Glanmire Rd outbound from Tivoli Flyover to Burke’s Hill from 9:30am to 6pm until Wed 8th Feb. Expect delays.
*WATERFORD* No delays or incidents to report in Waterford City.
*DUBLIN* See 'Dublin Summary'.
*TRAVEL*
*IRISH RAIL* The Irish Rail fare revision will see a new fare structure with three basic ticket types for all Intercity routes. For full details 'click here'
*ROADWORKS*
*WEXFORD* Overnight works will take place on the Quay in New Ross from 8pm until 6am Mon to Fri until Fri 24th Feb.
*GALWAY* Works will take place on the N18 Galway/Gort Rd at Kiltartan from 8am to 5pm each day until Mon 27th Feb. Expect delays.
*SLIGO* Lane closures will be in place on the N59/Sligo/Ballina Rd at the jct with the Inishcrone Rd (R297) until Tues 13th March. Expect delays as a result.
