Dublin Summary Report

MAIN TRAFFIC


  No delays or incidents reported in the city centre.
  No delays or incidents reported on the M50 in either direction.
  Expect delays from Camden St towards Hatch St as Harcourt St remains closed following a fire on Tues 15th. Luas Green Line is operating as normal.

ROADWORKS


  Church Rd in Ballybrack is closed for works until 8pm Fri 25th May. Diversions are in place.
  Lane closures are in place on the M50 both ways between J6 Blanchardstown and J7 Lucan until this Friday (18th) for works.
  Bridge works are in place at the junction of Whitworth Rd and Prospect Rd until Friday (18th). Expect some delays. Rail services are not affected.


  A stop/go system is in place on Richmond Rd from 10am to 4pm and from 7pm to 11pm each day until Friday (18th).
  Ratoath Rd is closed between Hollystown R/A jct and Bay Lane jct to facilitate works until this Friday (18th). Diversions are in place.
  Expect delays approaching Howth on the Howth Rd inbound between Sutton Cross and the DART station due to roadworks in place until Fri 18th May.
  Mount Seskin Rd is temporarily closed from the N81/Blessington Rd to Aghfarrell Rd jct for works until Tues 22nd May.
  On Thurs 17th and Fri 18th May from 10am until 4pm lane closures operate on N81/Tallaght Bypass between M50 and Spawell R/A.
  On Thurs 17th May, a bridge lift will take place on the East Link Bridge at 10:30am and on Samuel Beckett Bridge at 11am. This is to accommodate the welcome of a Tall Ship, The Johanna Lucretia to mark the countdown to the Tall Ships Races 2012 Dublin, taking place this August.

EVENTS


  On Thurs 17th May, Guns ‘N’ Roses will perform at The O2. Doors open at 6:30pm. Delays are likely along North Wall Quay, on East Wall Rd and over the East Link. See the 'Events' section of the AA Roadwatch website for further details.
