AA advice for putting together a driving kit
To be adequately equipped you will need the following in your car
- Torch
- De-icer and scraper
- Demisting cloth
- Petrol can
- Map
- Blanket
- Thick gloves
- Tow rope
- Fan belt
- Radiator hose
- Spare bulbs
- Points
- Set of booster cables (for jump starting your car)
- A couple of sacks (to put under the wheel for grip if you get stuck)
- A mobile phone
