When driving in Europe, there are numerous rules and regulations, bye laws and procedures that differ from country to country. The AA can, in most cases, provide detailed information for the motorist travelling to Europe.

- Evidence of Motor Insurance

In preparation for hard driving over unfamiliar roads, have your vehicle serviced before you go. Make sure that you have clear all-round vision; ideally, rear view mirrors should be fitted to both sides of your vehicle. If your car’s tyres are likely to be worn down to below 2mm before you get back, replace them before you leave.
