MAIN TRAFFIC


M1/LOUTH
  The M1 Dublin/Belfast Rd is reduced to one lane northbound at J13 Dunleer North and again at J15 Castlebellingham to facilitate works until 4:30am Sat 19th May.

N11/WICKLOW

  Mobile lane closures are in place both ways on the N11 Dublin/Wexford Rd between the Beehive Pub and Delgany from 8am to 6pm until mid-June.

CITY TRAFFIC


CORK
  No major delays or incidents to report in Cork City Centre.

GALWAY

  No major delays or incidents to report in Galway City Centre.

LIMERICK

  No major delays or incidents to report in Limerick City Centre. Keep in mind that works are taking place on the N24/Ballysimon Rd approaching the interchange with the M7 Limerick/Dublin Rd until August.

WATERFORD

  No major delays or incidents to report in Waterford City.

TRAVEL


 RYANAIR: This weekend, the Ryanair website is closed for upgrade maintenance.
 Online check-in is not be available until midday Sun 20th.
 Bookings and flight changes will not be available until 10pm Sun.

EVENTS


WESTMEATH
  On Sat 19th May, Westmeath will play Antrim in the Leinster Senior Hurling Championship at Cusack Park in Mullingar. Throw in is at 3pm. Extra traffic than usual can be expected through Mullingar before and after the event.

MEATH

  On Sat 19th May, Meath will play Kildare in the Christy Ring Cup Quarter Final at Páirc Tailteann. Throw in is at 2:30pm. Expect extra traffic in the area before and after the match.
  From Sat 19th May from 7:30am to 5pm the Maynooth Rd (R156) will close at the Rooske Rd jct outside Dunboyne. The closure will be in place again on Sun 20th May from 8am to 2pm. This closure is required to facilitate the staging of the Dunboyne Cycling Festival by Dunboyne Cycling Club in Dunboyne Village.

CARLOW

  On Sat 19th May, Carlow will play Laois in the Leinster Senior Hurling Championship at Dr Cullen Park. Throw in is at 7pm. Extra traffic can be expected in the area around the stadium before and after the match.

CORK

  On Sat 19th May, the Jim Walsh Cork Forest Rally takes place around Mallow and surrounding area. Local road closures will be in place from 12:30pm until 7:30pm.

WEXFORD

  On Sat 19th May, racing will take place at Wexford Racecourse, Co. Wexford. The first race is at 2:15pm and the last race is at 5:30pm. Extra traffic can be expected in the area before and after the races.

SLIGO

  The So Sligo Food Festival takes place in Sligo Town until Sun 20th May. Events will take place throughout the weekend; including the World Irish Stew Championship and delays are likely as a result. Bear in mind, Stephen Street Car Park is closed in Sligo until 8pm Sun 20th. See the 'Events' section of the AA Roadwatch website for further details.
