CITY TRAFFIC


CORK
  Heavy from Mahon approaching the JLT. Northbound traffic on Patrick's St is heavy but southbound is moving well. Busy but moving from Anderson’s Quay through Merchant’s Quay. Slow from Wilton Rd out to the Sarsfield Rd R/A on N40/South Ring Rd. Busy from Victoria Cross out to Dennehy's Cross.

GALWAY
  Slow both ways on the Headford Rd by the Galway SC. Busy both ways also on Lough Atalia Rd. Busy outbound on Bothar na dTreabh approaching the Briarhill jct.

LIMERICK
  Busy inbound on the Corbally Rd to Athlunkard St bridge. The Condell Rd is slow outbound. Slow both ways on O’Connell Ave at Punches Cross.

WATERFORD
  No delays or incidents to report in Waterford City.

MAIN TRAFFIC


N72/CORK
  A stop/go system will be in place 24/7 in Fermoy on the N72 Fermoy/Mallow Rd until Mon 15th July between the Hospital and the Richmond Hill/Patrick St jct. Long delays are expected.


EVENTS


TIPPERARY
  Racing will take place at Clonmel Racecourse with the first race at 5:55pm and the last race at 9pm. Powerstown Park Racecourse in Clonmel is situated on the N24/Clonmel Bypass approx. 3km from the town centre. See the 'Events' section of the AA Roadwatch website for further details.

ROADWORKS


TIPPERARY
  The local road at Glounroe in Rearoe is closed until 7pm. Diversions are in place and local access is maintained. The road will close again on Friday 24th.

CLARE
  Gilloge Rd, Cappavilla will close between Derryfadda Rd and Old Burlington Factory entrance from 8am to 6pm each day (excl Sat/Sun) until to Tues 28th May. Diversions will be in place.

WESTMEATH
  Works operate on the Mullingar/Athlone Rd (R390) from 8am to 5pm each day until Friday (24th).

MEATH
  The N3 Dublin/Cavan Rd is closed both ways from the Derver R/A to Drumbaragh R/A in Kells until Mon 3rd June. Diversions are in place via the R147 (Old N3).
